Postage Costs:
Christmas Postal Times for Christmas and New Year 2007
UK Orders - Royal Mail - Standard Recorderd Delivery - £1.95
UK Orders - Royal Mail - Next Day Special Delivery - £3.95 (next day delivery only on a working day - Monday to Friday)
UK Courier Service - £5.95 (Delivery - Monday to Saturday)
International Orders = £8.50 - Registered Post
When you place an order and you receive your order submitted e-mail, your order is then placed in our queue. At busy times we can take up to 48 hours to process your order but this is normally done the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the following Monday.
Postage normally takes place on the same working day the order is processed or ocassionally on the next working day. Postage times can vary depending on local carriers. We get a varied level of service from UK based Royal Mail so we ask that customers allow 7 days for delivery. This is pessimistic though and times are normally much quicker at 1 - 3 days.

Postage and Costs:
All shipping uses trackable services. We cannot send items without a signature being required at any stage. This is due to the nature of our products. We need to take every measure to ensure the order is actually received by the customer or an adult in the same household authorized to sign for the customers goods. Orders over £50 in value are sent priority shipping and normally arrive next day if order before 1pm.

Further ID requests:
If you have placed an order and we have been unable to validate your address against your card statement, your order will not be shipped until we receive a form of photographic ID and a copy of the statement to accompany the card used to purchase the products. Upon receipt of this, we will then ship the order on the next shipping cycle, either same day or next working day.

Returns, Damaged & Lost packages
If you have not received your package, firstly check your e-mail to ensure we have been able to charge your card. Many customers simply ignore the transaction failed e-mails our system generates if your card cannot be authorized. If this has been received and we have charged your card, check the order date to ensure it is not within 7 days of the order being processed. If it is not, please complete the form on the contact us page to inform us of the lost package. We will then check the tracking information and issue a replacement if the order has not been signed for.
If the contents of your package have arrived but are damaged, please complete the form on the contact us page explaining what has happened. We will need you to return the original package for inspection. Upon its receipt, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order. Please do not throw damaged products in the bin, without the original product returned, you will not receive a replacement. |

Moneyback Guarantee
If you require a refund under our moneyback guarantee scheme, you will again need to return the unused products to us. Upon their receipt, we will promptly refund your card. Please note carefully, if you have tried the product but are not happy we will uphold the guarantee and refund you. If you have consumed more than one tablet of the product, we will not honour the guarantee.
