Use govern your use of the 365Pharmacy.co.uk Web site and the 365 Pharmacy Delivery
service. By using, visiting, or browsing the 365 Pharmacy Web site and/or service,
you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to
these Terms of Use, you should not use the 365 Pharmacy Web site and/or
service.
Medicine specific terms and conditions and general legal conditions
365pharmacy.co.uk may at times be referred to in these terms as 'this website'.
- By placing an order on 365pharmacy.co.uk customers are authorising 365 Pharmacy (Spain) to charge their provided payment card for the issue of medicines in their name and delivered to them directly
- When a customer places an order they are confirming that they have discussed their condition with their GP prior to placing an order. They are also confirming that they are in a fit physical state to use such medicine treatments and that they are not simultaneously using other medicines which may have adverse effects or contra-indications if used with medicines purchased on 365pharmacy.co.uk these may include but are not limited to all forms of Nitrate medication including:
- nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitroprusside (any "nitric oxide donor" medicines), cimetidine, erythromycin, azole antifungals (e.g., itraconazole, ketoconazole), mibefradil, rifamycins (e.g., rifampin) or high blood pressure medicines and Poppers (Amyl Nitrate and Butyl Nitrate)
- The customer takes full responsibility for any effects, benefits, side effects or grievance occurring as a result of using medicines purchased from 365pharmacy.co.uk
- Customers placing an order are confirming that they are over 18 years of age
- Customers placing an order are confirming the products they purchase are for themselves
- Customers placing an order are taking full legal responsibility for importing the products and medicines they purchase on this site into their country of residence or the country they specify on the delivery address.
- Customers placing an order on this website completely indemnify 365 Pharmacy (Spain) and the 365pharmacy.co.uk brand from any responsibility for events either medical or otherwise that may occur as a result of the purchase or use of products purchased from this website, 365pharmacy.co.uk
- Customers placing an order on this website are accepting that if the card they use is stolen or being used fraudulently, all their details including phone numbers, e-mails and delivery addresses will be passed directly to any offical investigating authority including police forces, governments and other relevant investigation authorities. 365pharmacy.co.uk will never protect frausters trying to hide behind the protection of data protection legislation.
Changes to Terms of Use
365 Pharmacy reserves
the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these
Terms of Use in our sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms of
Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hyperlink located on the
right of the pages of the 365 Pharmacy Web site. The most current version of the
Terms of Use will supercede all previous versions. Your use of the 365 Pharmacy
Service and/or Web site after changes are made means that you agree to be bound

Payment Issues
A chargeback is made when a customer informs their card issuer they did not authorise the payment made from their account. The card issuer then re-claims the money from the merchant and refunds the transaction
- Customers of this website accept that they will not make a chargeback request to their card issuer for any reason other than a genuine unsolved dispute with this website.
- Customers of this website accept that if they 'forget' the entry on their card statement or bank statement regarding the purchase they made on this website, they will be re-charged the full amount of the transaction and additionally they will be charged a £30 admin fee to cover the cost of chargebacks to this website. If this is not honoured, this website will pass the matter with legal documentation to a local debt collector who can liase with the customer to arrange repayment of the debt. 365pharmacy.co.uk will endeavour at all times on all statement and receipts and e-mails to remind the customer what the entry on the statement will read to minimise the occurance of customers who 'forget' this detail.
- Customers with a grievance towards 365pharmacy.co.uk must contact the website before proceeding to their card issuer as most transactions and purchase issues can be resolved in house quickly and effeciantly. Failure to do this before requesting a chargeback will also result in the transaction being charged again in full and an additional admin charge of £30 will be levied to cover charges incurred by 365pharmacy.co.uk.
